About Middle School:
When middle school teachers asked fifth graders what they knew about the middle school, they
quickly replied - the work is harder, you dress down one day a week, you
have club meetings, you have two specials a day and you get to be car
greeters in the mornings!
Middle school teachers
work every day to prepare these young people for high school and college.
They stress doing homework (homework grades count in middle school),
coming to class prepared, being organized and developing good study
skills.
The
transition from elementary to middle school is a smooth one for most
parents and students at BSS and the middle school teachers are looking
forward to teaching the upcoming group of 5th graders!
